Good products - horrible customer service It is just a Major stress doing anything with ZOHO these days and we look to move asap after 9 years a customer. Being in India their UK support line is a poor quality VOIP connection. POOR, POOR Products, services these days and no respect for your business when these issue cause downtime and loss of business and business kudos for having communication hindered by these issue. ZOHO MAIL VIA POP3 is constantly problematic and down with no explination, no replys from support zohomail ever!, on contacting they never can fix the issue as I believe their are always 'bugs' and 'hacks' they choose not to report to the customer to retain their Kudos however these bugs are clear as they cannot fix on remote support and always say we will 'look into and get back' and they never call back or email?. Saddended to say there support, customer service has gone slowly but surely from a 8 to ZERO!. I have been a customer of ZOHO - MAIL -CRM - ZOHO ONE Etc since 2012 'YES 9 YEARS' 9 YEARS A ZOHO CUSTOMER - 'ZOHO VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT IN 2020/2021'
